According to a report issued by Lamphel Police station, one Dr Boney Tongbram, Age 25 years old, D/o Tongbram Raghumani Singh and Dr. Y. Gunabati Devi who was under treatment at RIIMS, disappeared from the Special Ward at about 4pm on Monday.
Dr Boney Tongbram is about 5’4 inch with fair completion and oval shape face wearing rimless glasses. She has some scratch marks on her left cheek. She was wearing a black jogging shirt with black track pants, according to Lamphel Police.
